Costs We use the Swiss Postal Service to ship orders. Shipping cost depends on the Swiss Post package rates and are as follows.
Unless specifically requested (by adding a comment in the comments section of the order form) we will always use B-Post. |
 PackingWe pack all items carefully, taking extra care with items in glass containers. We use the Swiss Postal Service's yellow box called "Dispobox" to send the items. This box is made of a very hard durable plastic that makes it very difficult for the package to be damaged. The cost of using this box plus bags and packing material is 4.00 SFr |

| Delivery The package will be delivered at your door. The deliverer will open the yellow "Dispobox" and give you only the contents, taking the dispobox back as it belongs to the Swiss Post. No extra boxes to store and recycle! If you are not home when the package is delivered, a paper slip will be left in your mailbox. With this you can pick up your order at your local post office. If the order is not picked up, the Post Service will try to deliver it a second time, leaving another paper slip for you to pick it up at the post office if you were not home. If the order is not picked up after the second delivery attempt, it is sent back to us. Please keep in mind that, since we use the Swiss Postal Service for delivery, we cannot forward special delivery instructions. |
Shipping
Days and Times Orders are processed and sent to arrive in maximum 5 working days from the day the order was placed. As a general rule orders are sent out on Monday mornings (arriving the same week on Wednesday) and Thursday mornings (arriving the following week on Monday). |

| Payment We enclose a payment slip (Einzahlungsschein) with the order. You can use this payment slip to pay at a post office, bank branch or with Internet banking. Payment is due upon receipt of the order. We do not process and send orders if the ordering client has an open invoice. In this case the client is informed by email. Please make sure you have no open invoices before placing an order. |
Payment
Reminders If we do not receive payment of an invoice after a reasonable period of time, we send a payment reminder with another payment slip. An administration fee of 10 CHF will be charged if a second reminder is necessary. |
